The saw has the name Delta on it, what else is there to say, wait... innovation, quality, and craftsmanship.
Right out of the box this saw is a gem. The assembly was real easy, and the saw needed no tuning, as I find with all Delta's tools. This saw comes with a 1 hp motor and is great to have for resawing. One thing that is really nice about this saw is the 4 inch dust port. Man does it take care of the dust. Whether you're a professional or hobbyist this is a great saw to have.. This is a five star machine!

I have a DELTA 28-206 that I bought 2005 and it does everything I want it to do. I agree with all others that own one, it's a GREAT BAND SAW!!!!!!!!! THE NEW YANKEE WORKSHOP had one for years, before getting a 28-475X model !!!!!!! both are GREAT!!!!!! THANK YOU DELTA WOODWORKING!!!!!!!
